Elise joined sbkg & associés as an associate in 2023.
Elise advises both French and foreign clients acting in France in the real estate matter, and more specifically in transactional real estate: acquisitions and dispositions (asset deals and share deals), outsourcing (sale-and-leaseback) and real estate financing.
She also assists clients on asset management (commercial leases, commercial leases, ground leases, etc.).
Elise has gained her experience in real estate in several law firms before joining sbkg & associés in 2023.
