Bruno Vannini joined SBKG & associés in July 2017 as a partner in the Finance department.
Bruno specialises in asset (including real assets), acquisition and infrastructure finance and has accompanied French and international obligors and financiers for 15 years.
He is particularly involved in financing and refinancing operations (real assets, infrastructure, projects, corporate), domestic and cross border. He has a deep expertise in structuring and implementing complex transactions, notably mixed or alternative financing.
Before joining SBKG & associés, Bruno spent five years in the Banking and Finance department of Clifford Chance Paris office, focusing on infrastructure and asset (including real estate) financing.
Bruno has also been seconded to the International Projects team of Natixis (2016) and the Real Estate team of Bank of America Merrill Lynch (2013).
Before that, he practiced during 6 years at Orrick Rambaud Martel, in acquisition (including LBO) and asset finance. Bruno started his career at Gide Loyrette Nouel’s Algiers office, where he represented foreign investors in all the aspects of their projects in Algeria (privatisations, energy).
