Driss Tof joined SBKG & Associés in September 2021 as a partner in the Tax department.

Specialized in corporate taxation and real estate tax, Driss advises institutional clients, real estate developers or dealers, French and foreigners, for more than 11 years.

His expertise covers every aspects of corporate taxation, real estate tax (corporate tax, VAT, transfer taxes) and real estate wealth tax. He advices major clients as French or foreigner investment funds, listed companies, pension funds or real estate developers / dealers. Besides, Driss regularly advises his clients on sale & acquisition operations and group reorganizations.

Before joining SBKG, Driss worked for 11 years in Arsene tax firm within the corporate taxation / real estate tax teams.
