Gwénolé Morineaux joined SBKG & associés as an associate in 2021 and assists French and international investors at all stages of their real estate operations in France.
He is mainly involved in real estate transaction files (acquisition/disposal of real estate assets or real estate portfolio) and in the management of all types of assets (offices, warehouses, retail, residential, service residences and hotels), more particularly in the context of negotiation of commercial leases.
Gwénolé started his career as a lawyer in several legal departments of major real estate players (Klépierre, Nexity, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield) before joining Lacourte Raquin Tatar in 2016 and then Racine in 2019.
Since 2017, Gwénolé has been a lecturer in the Master 2 Law of Financing and Real Estate Investments program at the University of Cergy-Pontoise, leading the seminar on “Drafting practices for real estate contracts”.
Gwénolé is listed in the Best Lawyers - France 2022 ranking in the “Ones to watch” category.
