Paul César joined sbkg & associés in 2022 and assists leading French and international financial institutions, banks, asset management companies, investment funds, real estate companies and groups in their domestic and international financing transactions.
His practice covers all types of financing with particular expertise in bond issues, real estate financing and debt restructuring.
Paul is recognized as an expert in the field of trust and security, with more than one hundred assignments by way of security transactions to his credit.
Paul began his career as a lawyer with HSBC Private Bank, before joining DLA Piper in 2012 and then DWF in 2019.
