Pauline Sammut joigned SBKG & associés as an associate in May 2014.

Pauline specialises in commercial real estate law and works on behalf of French and international investors.

She advises on real estate transactions (asset deals and share deals), asset management, commercial leases and construction contracts.

She also assists her clients in pre-litigation or litigation proceedings, such as rent setting and renewal actions, eviction proceedings, etc.

Pauline started her career in the real estate department of King and Wood Mallessons (formerly SJ Berwin) in Paris and London.
