sbkg & associés has advised Real I.S. on the sale to AEW of a building located within the retail park La Croix-Blanche in Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois, in Essonne. Delivered in 2001, the retail asset offers 8,406 sq. m. of leasable space. It is fully leased and houses national brands such as STOKOMANI, LA HALLE, C&A, BASIC FIT and CHAUSSEXPO.
