sbkg & associés advised Vertiq Capital, a real estate investment manager with a focus on hospitality and other operational assets, on the refinancing of 25hours Paris Terminus Nord hotel in Paris. Aareal Bank provided the loan for the refinancing.

Located in the up-and-coming 10th arrondissement of the French capital, the 25hours Paris Terminus Nord is a trendy hotel featuring 237 rooms and suites, along with the popular Neni Restaurant and Sape Bar.

Founded in 2022, Vertiq Capital is an investor dedicated to the hospitality sector and other operational real estate assets. Vertiq will be expanding the portfolio to other key urban hotel markets across Europe.

For this operation, SBKG advised Vertiq Capital, with a team led by partners Vincent Lassalle and Bérengère Delsol.

Vincent Lassalle has previously advised Invesco Real Estate on the acquisition of the Terminus Nord hotel in 2015.
