sbkg & associés advises p3 logistic parks on the development of a 130 000 square meters logistics platform in Laon

P3 Logistic Parks, a long-term investor, owner, developer, and manager of logistics assets, will develop a logistics platform in Laon (Aisne /Hauts de France). Three buildings will be built for a total of 130 000 sq.m.

The platform will offer a variety of warehouse areas ranging from 12,000 sq.m to 130,000 sq.m. BREEAM certified, the platform will present all the eco-responsibility criteria in accordance with the international charter signed by the P3 group (GRESB – United Nations Global Compact).

Managed exclusively by P3 and in partnership with the Laon Urban Community and the Griffon Business Park, this future development with exceptional development possibilities will meet the needs of customers.

P3 Laon benefits from a strategic location, at the crossroads of the A26 motorway and the N2, with direct access to North-East Europe, close to the Belgian and German borders, and close to train stations and airports (Charles de Gaulle, Lille-Lesquin or Vitry).
