The asset, which belonged to AG REAL ESTATE, is located in Lyon in the heart of the Confluence district and has a surface area of approximately 6,800 m2. It is fully leased. The team was led by Vincent Lassalle and Bérengère Delsol, and for tax aspects, Driss Tof.
