sbkg & associés advises Swiss Life Asset Managers France on the signature of a long term lease with Digital Collège, covering the entire surface area of the 3500 m² building “La Fabrique”, located at 10-12 rue des Trois Fontanots in Nanterre.

The building “La Fabrique” was acquired in the context of a Sale in Future State of Completion in 2020 for the account of the OPCI SwissLife ESG Dynapierre labeled ISR.

Located near the Nanterre Préfecture station, “La Fabrique” has undergone a high-end restructuring in line with the ESG objectives of the fund, to create a virtuous real estate complex on environmental and comfort aspects for users.

The design and operation of “La Fabrique” reflect the quality of a responsible and sustainable commitment, attested by the following certifications and labels: HQE Performant, BREEAM Very Good, WiredScore Silver and Well Silver.

Digital Collège is a private higher education institution member of the Collège de Paris, which trains experts in digital strategy.
