sbkg & associés advised Swiss Life Asset Managers France in the signing of a Lease in Future Completed State with Malt for the entire Magda building located at 18 rue Godot de Mauroy in Paris’ 9th area, whose delivery is scheduled for June 2023.

Member of the Next 120 (a dedicated State support program for the most successful French startups), Malt is a French company that manages an online platform connecting businesses with freelancers across Europe in various fields such as web development, design, marketing, finance, and human resources.

The 4,550 square meter Magda building was acquired in 2020 for the SwissLife ESG Dynapierre OPCI and managed by Swiss Life Asset Managers France.
Swiss Life Asset Managers France will implement a rigorous approach to social and environmental improvement at 18, rue Godot de Mauroy, consistent with its responsible investor commitments. The building aims to obtain HQE Très Performant, BREEAM Very Good, and WiredScore Silver certifications.
