sbkg & associés reinforces its team and completes its service offering with the arrival of a new partner Paul César, accompanied by two associates.

His practice covers all types of financing with particular expertise in bond issues, real estate financing and debt restructuring. Paul is recognized as an expert in the field of trust and security, with more than one hundred assignments by way of security transactions to his credit.

Paul assists leading French and international financial institutions, banks, asset management companies, investment funds, real estate companies and groups in their domestic and international financing transactions.

Paul, 41, began his career as a lawyer with HSBC Private Bank, before joining DLA Piper in 2012 and then DWF in 2019. holds a postgraduate degree in European Business Law from the University of Paris II Assas and a postgraduate degree in International Private Law from the University of Paris I Sorbonne. He is also vice-president of the association of the Corsicans of the Courthouse (association whose aim is to encourage and develop links of friendship and conviviality between legal professionals of Corsican origin or friends of Corsica)
